Social Media for Business

Simon Gough's Social Business workshop will build on the introductory session he ran at the Dillington House event but will equally suit any business with an interest in developing better customer engagement.

Social business is a comprehensive approach that redefines
how businesses operate both internally and externally. In this workshop Simon will encourage businesses to rethink how they see themselves in relation to their customers and the marketplace, demonstrating how the impact of social has only just begun.

Early adopters of social business can take advantage of new routes to market, stronger relationships with customers, new ways to innovate and collaborative possibilities. Take part in the social business workshop to get practical support relevant to
your business.

Search Engine Optimisation for the Social Web

Did you know that Google adjusts its algorithm as often as 10 times per week? In such an environment of rapid change, how does the everyday business owner keep up with latest trends and get the most from their website? Add to this the ever changing online landscape that is becoming increasingly socially focused, and you have a potential minefield that business
owners must learn to navigate.

This workshop aims to deliver sound advice that empowers business owners to either start improving their websites themselves, or select a professional partner with confidence.
You will take away some new ideas and proven techniques to online success.
